Pictured below is David Coe’s Wensleydale Champion and reserve special Rare Breed Wensleydale Hogg at the Suffolk Show this week.
He also took home Overall Champion in the fleece competition.
The Suffolk Show is a two day county show with a very good show of sheep. There are currently dedicated Wensleydale classes and it was mentioned amongst exhibitors this year that it would be fantastic to see a few new faces there next year 29/30 May 2019. For those who also show other breeds there are also classes for Other Longwool breeds and Native Breed classes amongst others.
