A Celebration of Agnes Winter
As many of you will know, on the 1st of December 2025, Dr Agnes Winter – longstanding Wensleydale sheep breeder, internationally renowned vet and dear friend to many, passed away following a short illness. Dr Graham Steventon, our Treasurer and a friend of Agnes has written an obituary, which has been published in the Guardian.

2026 Wensleydale Lamb Registrations
As of the 1st January 2026, the Wensleydale Longwool lamb registration fees have been changed to reflect rising tag costs.
