Unfortunately there weren’t the entries at Royal Three Counties in 2024 to allow the Wensleydale classes to go ahead but the breed was ably exhibited by the Harrison Spinks Farm team. Competing in the Any Other Longwool section, notably always a very strong section, their homebred Hogg in full wool stood second. They also took second in the pairs class with their shearling ram. The team at Royal Three Counties hope to run the Wensleydale section once again in 2025 so hopefully there will be more support for the classes – one for your diaries!
