The flagship event of the National Sheep Association was held for the first time since 2018 back at the Three Counties Showground yesterday (28 July 2022) and the Wensleydale Longwool SBA had a great stand. It was a very busy day with lots of interest from both members and new interested parties about why the Wensleydale can add value to your flock.
Thanks must be given to Nicky & Pete Hodkinson who brought two beautiful Hoggs in full wool as well as a shearling ram and a masham ewe lamb to display. Also thanks to Diana Bird and Duncan Parker who alongside Nicky and Pete brought some stunning crafts and wool to display on the stand and it created a very interesting and beautiful stand.
We couldn’t run stands at these events without membership support and we are very grateful to everyone who inputted on the stand.
Our next association event with be NSA North in June 2023.
